We provide software design and development services for boot loader, device driver or application level code on Linux based platforms, using modern and complex SoCs (ARM/x86/MIPS) along with the industry's leading microcontrollers, using baremetal or RTOS designs.

Our own in house build environment and SDK, Velox, provides customers with a self contained Linux and RTOS build environment suitable for producing deployable and field upgradeable software for your products.

Coupled with our hardware design capabilities, ranging from microcontroller to complex SoC based products, and our mechanical enclosure and thermal modelling expertise, s2ack can provide everything you need for your product portfolio going forward.

Prototyping

PCB rapid prototyping and rework

If your hardware is designed with us we offer a free prototype assembly service to expedite your development cycle.

Automatic and manual stencilling
Pick and place (0402, BGA, QFN, SOT etc)
Multi zone convection reflow and IR
Component baking

Free PCB assembly

Design your board with us and the prototype assembly is on the house.

The assembly service is billed at normal rates, however a discount equivalent to the cost is applied when invoiced.

Ask about assembly

Hardware design, firmware design and assembly services are billed individually.
PCB stencilling using a 14" x 8" frame and solder paste costs are included.
A maximum of 10 individual PCBs or 2 panels with 5 circuits are included.
Assembly must be completed within 2 weeks of receipt of PCB from fabrication.
Bill of Material cost is not included.
